Cathy’s ability to listen to her clients’ needs, dedication to their unique dreams, and attention to completing deals in a timely fashion are why she is poised for great success in real estate. There is no other realtor who cares as much about the people she serves, which is no wonder, since Cathy formerly worked in the service/restaurant business and as a caretaker prior to becoming a licensed agent.
Born in Queens and raised in Long Island, New York, she attended secretarial school then culinary school, and later earned a Certified Nursing Assistant License. Cathy began her career working for the Medical Society of the State of New York for seven years, then transitioned back into restaurant business because she just loved it. She is a natural at the art of sales and service, because helping people comes from her heart. “I enjoy the conversations, the stories and the friendships I form with my clients, and most of all, take pride in helping them find a home they truly adore.”
Cathy moved from New York down south to the west coast of Florida and lives beachside in Satellite Beach with her two adorable cats. Her brokerage office is also located along the beautiful Atlantic coastline on A1A. Whether you are seeking or selling a home on the water or further inland, Cathy looks forward to being your partner, advocate and guide to all things real estate in Brevard County. She is a member of the Space Coast Association of Realtors, Inc., the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Personally, Cathy takes full advantage of all the offerings that surround her, likes shopping in Cocoa Village, visiting Kennedy Space Center, attending concerts at the King Center and going to the Brevard Zoo. She is also a member of Rolling Thunder Chapter 7, an organization that brings awareness of ongoing POW/MIA issues, in honor of her father who was a POW twice in World War II.
